While some items will be drop shipped and others will be sent directly from Angela Neel Interiors, rest assured that each piece is carefully selected to enhance your space.

Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Ensure your item is in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that all linen and bedding merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for eligibility.
There are no restocking fees. However, return shipping fees are charged to you. Please note that a maximum of 10% of the purchase amount will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover return shipping costs.

Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (including, but not limited to, candles, diffusers, soaps) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure a swift exchange, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly notify you and confirm if your refund has been approved. If it is, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed promptly within 24 hours. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email notification. We'll also provide you with an estimated shipping time as soon as it becomes available. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on our vendors.
Please note, there are no shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Free Standard Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard shipping, regardless of order size or destination within the continental United States.
For select items that require home delivery, we partner with a final mile freight service, such as Sunbelt, to ensure safe and reliable delivery to your doorstep. In these cases, the Angela Neel team will facilitate communication and coordinate shipping and delivery between you and the freight service.
Please note that shipping times may vary for these items, and effective communication via email or phone is essential to ensure a smooth delivery process. Rest assured, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible shipping experience for your home decor needs.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email containing shipment confirmation and tracking number details as soon as they become available to our team.
Damages
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@angelaneel.com with your order number. Our team will respond promptly with further instructions and a return label for your damaged item.
